Mike Lawrence (more shenzhen) Central Walk shopping center in Futian offers an array of Asian cuisines, including Korean, Malaysian, Vietnamese and Japanese restaurants. If you’re having trouble deciding, you can’t go wrong with the Vietnamese fare at Spring.
Decorated in a lime-green motif befitting its name, with a bright, airy interior, eating at Spring is a festive, hands-on event that celebrates the continual turning of seasons. Light plates include rolls designed for winter, spring, summer and autumn, such as the 24RMB fresh autumn rolls with barbecue beef. The 24RMB crispy chicken spring rolls, or cha gio ga, are served piping hot with lettuce leaves to cool them down and add crunch.
Main courses include braised duck with pineapple for 48RMB a variety of seafood dishes such as Vietnamese water fish for 68RMB, pho dishes such as beef meatball noodle soup, or pho bo bo vien, for 30RMB, and much more. Wash everything down with one of Spring’s fresh juice selections, such as mango juice for 25RMB.
Spring’s menu is massive and cries out for more than one visit. Wines, cocktails, coffees and fruit smoothies also are available, along with 15RMB beers including Heineken, Tsing Tao and “Vietnamese beer.”
Spring also offers sandwiches such as the 32RMB banh mi ga nuong, with grilled chicken, and plenty of vegetarian soup and salad options. Desserts include 22RMB waffles with chocolate, 20RMB banana coconut tapioca milk, 20RMB coconut pumpkin egg cake, and more.

Located on level 1 of the shopping center, Spring can be found by taking Exit B at the metro’s Exhibition and Convention Center stop on the green, Luobao line, then walking around the outside of Central Walk to the opposite, west side. Spring’s green signs and seating are clearly visible on the outdoor walkway.
My favorite pho! (ChinaFoodie) Never had a bad meal at Spring. It's the best Vietnamese in Shenzhen. Luv to go here after shopping!
